Are there any exclusions and limitations for Legal Cover?

Yes. As with any product, there are some exclusions and limitations to the cover provided. Please see the list below:

• The Premium is not refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period
• The £100,000 Legal Costs and Expenses is an aggregate limit
• There must be a reasonable chance of success pursuing a claim
• Claims outside the courts of Great Britain are not covered
• The Customer must use the agreed representative or nominated Solicitor
• Costs the Customer incurs without prior approval are not covered
• Circumstances must be notified within 30 days of occurring
• Criminal Acts or Omissions are not covered
