You can find out who your provider is by checking your policy documentation or by looking at your policy number.


For policies that started before 2nd October 2025 at 16:45.


For policies starting after 2nd October 2025 at 16:45.

For policies starting on or before 29th June 2024.

Customers can also download these documents from your Customer Portal and your mobile app, along with your personalised documents including your Insurance Certificate, Policy Schedule and Statement of Fact.
