Am I entitled to a courtesy car?

Yes. If your car is being repaired by one of our approved repairers, you’ll be given another one to use while you wait.

You’ll still be covered by this policy while you’re driving a courtesy car.

However, there are some circumstances in which you wouldn’t receive a courtesy car including if your car is stolen or can’t be repaired.
